Brouwerij 't Verzet is a Belgian craft brewery based in Anzegem, in the West Flanders province. The brewery has its roots in a group of three student friends who spent their free time homebrewing, and what started as a passion project eventually grew into a serious brewing operation. The brewery first appeared on the scene around 2011 as gypsy brewers, contract-brewing their recipes at other facilities before finally establishing a permanent home of their own in 2016.
