Het Brouwdok is a harbour brewery located in Harlingen, in the northern Netherlands. Situated in a waterfront setting, the brewery combines craft beer production with a direct connection to the town's maritime character. Known locally as a havenbrouwerij — harbour brewery — Het Brouwdok has established itself as a distinctive destination in the Frisian beer landscape, where the industrial charm of the harbour meets the craft of artisan brewing. The brewery operates with a proeflokaal (tasting room) attached, where visitors can enjoy freshly brewed beers on a terrace directly overlooking the water while production takes place in the adjacent space. This integration of brewing and hospitality reflects a broader trend of breweries functioning as social and cultural meeting places. Het Brouwdok produces a range of styles, including seasonal beers such as a Meibock — their Noordt Meibock, brewed in collaboration with Noordt, is available in can format at 5.9% ABV. Beyond their own production, Het Brouwdok has also served as a contract brewing facility for other regional producers, including Brouwerij Koningshert, which has brewed larger batches there from 2024 onwards.
