Pühaste Brewery is an independent craft microbrewery based in Tartu, Estonia. Its story began in 2011, when head brewer Eero Mander started his first brewing experiments at his summer home in the village of Pühaste — the place that would eventually lend the brewery its name. Driven by a single goal — to brew the best beer possible — the brewery has grown from a personal passion project into one of Estonia's most recognised craft brewing names. Pühaste is known for exploring unconventional flavours and pushing the boundaries of brewing craft. The brewery's portfolio spans a wide range of bold, creative styles, with a particular strength in dark and high-gravity beers. Their lineup includes imperial porters, stouts, and other complex, richly malt-forward styles that have earned them a loyal following among beer enthusiasts across Europe. Among their notable releases are Waking Fantasy, a 12% imperial stout, Sumapatt, a deep and dark porter, and Chokoh Ha — Bourbon BS, a barrel-aged imperial porter clocking in at 14.5%. Pühaste has collaborated with respected craft breweries internationally and is distributed through specialist craft beer importers across Europe, cementing its reputation as a bold and adventurous voice in the European craft beer scene.
