Pühaste Lime José is a crisp, fruity gose from Estonia's Pühaste Brewery in Tartu. Since 2016, head brewer Eero Mander has built a reputation for experimental craft beer with meticulous technical execution. This gose balances the traditional salt character of the style with bright lime citrus notes, creating a refreshing, lemonade-like character. At 4% ABV, it is light and approachable—perfect for warm afternoons or as an aperitif. The citrus-forward profile pairs well with salads, white fish and young cheeses. Serve chilled at around 4°C.
