Peoleo is a Double Dry-Hopped IPA from Pühaste Brewery in Tartu, Estonia. This gluten-reduced IPA is brewed with hand-selected Strata hops from the Crosby farm. The aroma bursts with tropical fruits—pineapple, ripe mango and papaya—accented by subtle green herbal hop notes. The first sip delivers juicy, exotic fruit flavours with a complex citrus edge from the Strata hops. The mouthfeel is crisp and creamy in balance, making this an approachable IPA despite its character. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a gentle resinous bitterness that lingers without dominating.
