Hopalaa! Brewery is a microbrewery based in Jelgava, Latvia. The brewery was founded by homebrewers who gradually developed their passion for craft beer into a professional operation. Previously known as "Kalēju alus" and marked on bottles as "Fermentum SIA", the brewery eventually rebranded to Hopalaa! and has since grown into one of Latvia's recognisable craft beer producers, earning attention not only domestically but also across Europe and beyond.
