FrauGruber Brewing is an independent craft brewery based in Gundelfingen an der Donau, Bavaria, Germany. The brewery was founded in 2017 by Enzo Frauenschuh and Matthias Gruber — whose surnames were combined to form the FrauGruber name. The two founders started out as gypsy brewers in spring 2017, producing their first beers at the Old Factory before eventually establishing their own base in Bavaria. FrauGruber has built a reputation as a forward-thinking craft brewery operating firmly within the modern European craft beer scene. Their portfolio spans a wide range of contemporary styles, including New England IPAs, Double IPAs, Triple IPAs, smoothie sours, and barrel-aged beers.
