Strain of Fate is a Triple IPA from FrauGruber Brewing, a German brewery based in Gundelfingen known since 2016 for aromatic, hop-forward beers. At 9.2% ABV, this beer delivers a full, fruity experience with prominent citrus and tropical notes. Aromas evoke mango, melon and grapefruit, supported by floral and hoppy character. The palate follows suit with ripe yellow fruit, citrus rind and subtle spice. A light soapy quality and piney resin add texture without overwhelming. The mouthfeel is solid and warming, befitting the higher alcohol content, while a dry bitterness provides a clean finish.
