Haze Chaser is a Double IPA from FrauGruber Brewing, a German brewery based in Augsburg known for aromatic and hoppy craft beers since 2016. This DIPA combines four American hop varieties—Citra Lupomax, Enigma, Galaxy and El Dorado—to deliver a generous tropical and stone fruit character. The nose opens with passionfruit, guava and citrus notes. On the palate, soft and juicy flavours of melon, peach and exotic fruit emerge, balanced by a clean hop bitterness. The drinkable character and full body at 8.2% ABV make this an approachable yet substantial double IPA. FrauGruber was founded by childhood friends Enzo Frauenschuh and Matthias Gruber, whose surnames form the brewery name.
