Kaf & Koren is a craft brewery based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. What began as a hobby project eventually grew into a serious brewing endeavour, with the brewery officially introducing their first beer in 2014 — Alpha, an English India Pale Ale. The name Kaf & Koren, meaning 'chaff and grain' in Dutch, reflects a connection to the raw materials at the heart of brewing. The brewery's portfolio showcases a variety of craft beer styles. Among their lineup are the flagship Alpha IPA, brewed in the English style, as well as a Saison with peppercorns called C'est Zon, and experimental beers under their LABS series, such as Tropicana, an American IPA.
