Collesi has established itself as one of the most prominent craft breweries in the region, drawing on both Italian craftsmanship and European brewing heritage. At the helm of Collesi's brewing operation is Belgian-born master brewer Marc Knops, who draws deep inspiration from the Trappist brewing traditions of his homeland. This influence is clearly reflected in the brewery's portfolio, which spans Belgian-inspired ale styles including dubbels, amber ales, dark ales, and blonde tripel-style beers.
