100 Watt Brewery, formerly known as Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven, is a small craft brewery founded by a passionate group of beer enthusiasts who wanted to turn their shared dream into reality. The brewery is located in a former Schellens textile factory in Eindhoven, in the Dutch province of North Brabant. Active since around 2014–2015, the brewery grew from an ambitious home-brewing project into a full-fledged taproom and production brewery, bringing local craft beer culture to the heart of Eindhoven. The brewery is known for its impressive diversity of beer styles. Its core range centers around the 'Watt' series and the 'Volt' series, together comprising seven permanent beers. Among the notable offerings is the 40 Watt Blond, a blonde ale of 6.3% ABV with a summery character, showcasing the brewery's approachable yet flavorful brewing philosophy. The range spans a wide variety of styles, reflecting the team's enthusiasm and curiosity for the craft. The 100 Watt taproom, Café 100 Watt, offers visitors a wide selection of beers both on tap and in bottle, with all products brewed fresh on-site. The brewery has built a strong local reputation in Eindhoven, earning recognition within the Dutch craft beer community. However, it should be noted that as of March 2026, Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven 100 Watt was declared bankrupt.
