Dois Corvos is an independent, family-owned craft brewery based in Lisbon, Portugal. It was founded in 2013 by Susana Cascais and Scott Steffens during the difficult years of the Portuguese economic recession, a time when the country's craft beer scene was still in its early stages. Despite the challenging climate, the brewery established itself as one of Portugal's most internationally recognized craft breweries, distributing its beers throughout Portugal and beyond. The brewery is known for its wide and adventurous portfolio, releasing three to four new beers each month. Dois Corvos covers an impressive range of styles, from crisp lagers and session beers to hop-forward IPAs, experimental brews, sour beers, and big barrel-aged stouts. Traditional styles are given a modern twist, while experimental beers remain approachable and well-balanced — a hallmark of the Dois Corvos identity. Among their notable releases is Prata, their first pilsner, developed specifically for the Portuguese market.
