Brasserie 3F is a Belgian craft brewery born from the shared passion of Rémy d'Aubreby and Pierre Dessy, who decided in 2013 to establish their own brewery around their mutual love for beer and authentic craftsmanship. The name 3F reflects the meeting of their ambitions and two unique universes, brought to life in Frameries, a town in the Walloon region of Belgium. The brewery is united by a trio bound by the desire to share authentic and innovative creations with beer lovers. The portfolio of Brasserie 3F is rooted in the rich heritage of Belgian brewing traditions, with a particular focus on Dubbel and Tripel styles. The brewery draws on the legacy of Belgian monastic brewing, while also embracing innovation. One example of this approach is their creation of a specialty beer with a lower alcohol content than a traditional Tripel — falling between 6% and 7% — yet brewed with the same yeast, deliberately steering away from prevailing trends. The range currently includes six beers that showcase both tradition and creativity.
