Uiltje Brewing Company is a Dutch craft brewery founded in 2012 in Haarlem, North Holland. It started as a contract brewery before acquiring its own brewing installation in 2016, a milestone that allowed the team to fully realise their creative ambitions. In 2021, Uiltje joined the portfolio of Royal Swinkels Family Brewers, combining the brewery's modern craft spirit with the knowledge and experience of a centuries-old family brewing group. Known for its bold and experimental approach, Uiltje has built a strong reputation in the international craft beer scene. The brewery is particularly celebrated for its hop-forward beers, including IPAs and other modern styles, and has consistently pushed the boundaries of flavour and brewing technique.
