Grandma's Cooking Recipes Vol. 3 is an ambitious project by Uiltje Brewing Company, with brewers traveling to Treviso, Italy to capture the essence of tiramisu in beer form. This sweet stout reaches 10.7% ABV and combines the richness of an imperial stout with dessert-inspired flavours.

The beer delivers a full, creamy body with prominent sweet notes reminiscent of mascarpone, cocoa and coffee. Milk sugar and dark malts work together to create a silky mouthfeel and indulgent character that sets it apart from conventional stouts. A beer designed as much for dessert as for contemplation.
