O'clock Brewing is a French craft brewery founded in 2015 by three friends — Quentin, Kevin and Sébastien — in Bois-d'Arcy, a town in the Île-de-France region near Rambouillet. From the very beginning, the founders had a clear vision: to surf the diverse world of beer styles and offer authentic, characterful products to drinkers looking for something beyond the mainstream. The brewery quickly established itself as part of the growing French craft beer scene, and its taproom and shop at 19 Rue Gustave Eiffel in Rambouillet became a gathering point for the local beer community, known for its innovative brews and vibrant community events. O'clock Brewing's portfolio spans a wide range of styles, reflecting the trio's ambition to explore both classic and boundary-pushing recipes. Their lineup includes bold, high-gravity beers such as the Baden Power Russian Imperial Stout and the Baden Power Baltic Porter, as well as barrel-aged variants like the Baden Power Baltic Porter Bourbon Barrel Aged.
