Eiber Bier is a craft brewery based in The Hague (Den Haag), Netherlands, founded in 2016. Located in the heart of the Dutch capital of government, the brewery has grown from a small brewing operation into a recognised local institution. A notable milestone came when Eiber Bier installed its own brewing kettles — sourced from China — and began full in-house production, marking a significant step in the brewery's development and independence. Eiber Bier specialises in craft beers and specialty styles, offering a diverse portfolio that reflects the vibrant Dutch craft beer scene. The brewery is known for its experimental approach, including collaborations such as a coffee-infused beer described as 'a plot twist in a glass.' Their taproom in The Hague serves as a hub for beer culture, offering guided beer tastings led by dedicated tasting hosts who share their passion and knowledge of brewing with visitors and groups. Eiber Bier is actively embedded in the local beer community. They host the Eiber Bier Festival, which focuses on local and regional brewers, and since November 2025 they have been collaborating with fellow Hague brewery De Prael Den Haag to strengthen the city's craft beer offering — while both breweries retain their independence. The brewery also offers corporate brewery tours and tasting experiences.
