Captured Sunlight is an Imperial Gose from Pühaste Brewery in Estonia, brewed in collaboration with Arpus. This sour beer features quince alongside the characteristic salinity and tartness of the Gose style. Brewed with Pilsner and Nisu malts and Magnum hops, it balances traditional sour and salty notes with subtle fruit character.

At 7% ABV, the beer carries more body and warmth than a standard Gose. The quince addition brings delicate fruity complexity that complements the style's natural acidity, creating a refined and approachable sour ale.
