Umbri Cotta 37 is an unfiltered red ale from Mastri Birrai Umbri, the Perugia-based brewery known for traditional brewing methods and local ingredients. Brewed to a classic recipe with roasted caramel malts and cicerchia—an ancient Italian legume also called grass pea—this top-fermented beer delivers a smooth, balanced profile with notes of caramel, ripe fruit and pleasant malt sweetness.
