Twisted Thistle IPA is the flagship American-style IPA from Belhaven Brewery, Scotland's oldest working brewery, founded in 1719 in Dunbar. The beer showcases a bold fusion of hop traditions: tropical fruit and citrus aromas burst with pineapple, peach and grapefruit, grounded by piney resin and herbal depth. Medium-bodied and vibrant, the palate balances fruity sweetness with a clean, dry finish marked by restrained bitterness.
