Uddelaer Pilsner is a pale lager brewed by Brouwerij De Uddelaer from Ermelo in Gelderland, Netherlands. The beer is crafted with four different malt varieties and two aromatic hop varieties, creating its distinctive character. At 5.2% ABV, it offers a balanced and approachable pilsner for everyday drinking. The brewery began as a hobby operation in Uddel in 2015 and later developed into a microbrewery housed at Kasteel Staverden. Though the brewery closed in 2023, Uddelaer Pilsner remains a testament to the region's craft brewing heritage.
