Alvinne's Pile of Stones is an Imperial Saison at 9% ABV, brewed with the brewery's signature Morpheus yeast. This cuvée has matured in Margaux barrels, adding considerable depth and complexity. The result is a full-bodied, velvety beer displaying a rich tapestry of fermented fruit, vanilla and wood influence. On the palate, a striking blend of dry acidity, fermented berries and subtle wine-like notes emerges. The finish is clean and dry with spiced touches and a lingering aftertaste.
