Cuvée d'Erpigny from Brouwerij Alvinne is a dark blonde barrel-aged ale at 12.2% ABV. This complex beer matured for months in Sauternes casks, which impart their tannins and vinous character to the robust base beer. The result is a refined drink where sweet, sour and soft notes balance one another.

The nose carries fruit, wine and subtle fermentation notes. On the palate, a rich combination of caramel, dark fruit and wine-like nuances emerges, supported by the barrel influence. The finish is dry and pleasant, with a gentle warming alcohol presence.
