Blanche En Zijn Peird is a playful creation from Brouwerij Bourgogne des Flandres in Bruges. From a single batch of 2000 litres of base beer, five different fruity variants emerged—an experiment conducted together with Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo. This blonde ale at 4.5% ABV offers a light and approachable character.

The brewery uses open fermentation tanks in its attic brewery, which enriches the beer with fruity aromas, including banana notes. This character shows through in both the aroma and taste of this blonde variant.
