Raudhetta & Ulfur is a Wild IPA from Borg Brugghús, the progressive Icelandic brewery founded in 2010 to champion local ingredients and cultural heritage. This beer emerged from a 2015 collaboration with Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co., brewed in Reykjavík. The aroma displays classic West Coast IPA traits: grapefruit, pale malt and earthy hops. On the palate, fresh acidity balances pleasant sweetness—the defining character of a Wild IPA. The finish is clean with restrained bitterness that complements rather than dominates. A thoughtful blend of wild fermentation and American hop character, where the wild yeast contribution adds acidity and complexity to an otherwise hop-forward beer.
