Bird Brewery and Gulpener have joined forces for the Gulpse Wulp, a collaboration beer that places entrepreneurship with impact at its core. This refreshing Petit Saison at 4.5% ABV is more than just beer – it's a statement for sustainability. For every litre brewed, 1 m² of nature is purchased and protected, resulting in 15,000 m² of new nature with this release.

Local Ingredients from Limburg

The Gulpse Wulp is brewed with ingredients sourced directly from the Limburgian hill landscape. The recipe features coriander seed, elderflower, grain, and heather flowers, creating an authentic local expression. These carefully selected ingredients give the beer its distinctive character and connect the product directly to its geographical origin.

Flavour Profile

In the glass, the Gulpse Wulp presents aromas of citrus peel, elderflower, and spice. The palate brings together citrus peel, coriander, and elderflower, while the finish is marked by soft bitterness and a clean, crisp conclusion.
