This release answers numerous requests from beer enthusiasts seeking a lower ABV stout they can enjoy multiple pints of without overwhelming alcohol content.

Flavor Profile and Character

Pace Car is a smooth, creamy 6% ABV Nitro Coffee Stout with a fresh, velvety nitro pour. The beer delivers rich coffee and chocolate tones, complemented by notes of roasted barley and subtle toffee character. Ryan Crisp, Vice President of Operations at AleSmith, emphasizes that Pace Car embodies the same commitment to quality coffee and craftsmanship as Speedway Stout, but in a more approachable format.

The nose presents toasted grain and coffee with cacao notes. On the palate, toffee, coffee, and cacao dominate, finishing with toasted character and a clean aftertaste.
