Bird Brewery and Gulpener join forces to brew Gulpse Wulp, a light and refreshing Petit Saison at 4.5% ABV. This collaborative beer honours nature with local ingredients from the Limburgian hill landscape: coriander seed, elderflower, grain and heather flowers. The glass reveals delicate floral aromas with a subtle citrus note from crushed coriander seed. The beer is elegant and approachable, ideal for warm weather.
