Stanislaus Brewskovitch was founded in 2015 in Enschede, in the Dutch province of Overijssel, initially as a craft beer store and organiser of specialty beer festivals. Its mission from the start was to promote craft beer culture in the region, building on Enschede's proud brewing heritage. Over the years, the brewery grew from a retail and events concept into a fully fledged city brewery, becoming a recognisable name in the Twente craft beer scene. Operating as a so-called gypsy brewer for part of its history, Stanislaus Brewskovitch has since expanded its brewing operations, including a move to Twente Airport to take advantage of additional space. The brewery produces a diverse range of craft beers across various styles, including a Berliner Weizen called Unter den Linden, as well as seasonal spring beers with distinctive names. The brewery emphasises quality and heritage, drawing on historical brewing techniques in its recipes. Alongside its brewing activities, Stanislaus Brewskovitch operates a Craft Beer Store in Enschede with a wide assortment of beers, and hosts beer tastings and events. The brewery has received recognition at the European Beer Challenge 2024, where it was listed among notable participating breweries. Its All Black beer earned a silver medal at the Best Beer of the Netherlands 2024 competition, underscoring its growing reputation in Dutch craft brewing.
