SunMilk is a fruity IPA from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, the city brewery and café housed in a former church in Enschede. Born from a collaboration with Johnny Thursday, this beer blends tropical fruit character with gentle bitterness. The addition of lactose provides subtle sweetness and a full mouthfeel. Brewed with malted wheat and tropical fruit pulp, SunMilk strikes an approachable balance between fruit-forward notes and hop bitterness. It's a beer that welcomes both seasoned craft enthusiasts and those new to IPAs.
