SNAB Bierbrouwers was an Amsterdam-based craft brewery that was part of the Dutch independent brewing scene. The brewery operated until 2023, when it ceased its activities, leaving behind a modest but appreciated legacy among Dutch beer enthusiasts. SNAB brewed a range of craft beers, including the Ezelenbok, a bock-style beer whose recipe was handed over to Tesselaar Familiebrouwerij after the brewery closed. The portfolio also included APE to ZEBRA, a beer brewed with peated whisky malt, giving it a distinctive smoky character. SNAB collaborated with other regional breweries, including Berging Brouwerij in Purmerend, to develop new beers together. Although SNAB Bierbrouwers is no longer active, its recipes live on through partner breweries, ensuring that some of its beers remain available to fans of Dutch craft beer.
