About
SNAB Ezelenbok is a top-fermented doublebock from Purmerend, developed in 1998 by SNAB in collaboration with the Kennemer Biergilde. This autumn bock merges a full, malty foundation with assertive hop character. Fermentation brings dark fruit and caramel notes, supported by Munich and caramunich malts. Hallertau and Hersbrück hops deliver balance and a dry, bitter finish. The palate is smooth and nutty, with roasty undertones that counter the sweet maltiness. At 7.5% ABV, this is a robust, characterful bock suited to autumn and winter drinking.
