Funky Fluid is a Polish craft brewery founded in late 2018 by three beer enthusiasts: Michał Langier, Karol Mizielski, and Grzegorz Korcz. Based in Poland, the brewery quickly made its mark on the international craft beer scene, earning recognition as Ratebeer's 3rd Best New Brewery shortly after launch. Starting out with cask beer, the team soon shifted toward packaged formats, allowing their boldly experimental beers to reach drinkers far beyond their home country. The brewery is particularly known for its Gelato Series — a celebrated line of Pastry Sours that push adjunct-driven brewing to new heights, incorporating ingredients like berries, cream, and coffee to recreate the experience of ice cream in a glass.
