Picon Bière de Roulers is the result of a special collaboration between three internationally renowned residents of Roeselare: Michelin-starred chef Tim Boury, Brouwerij Rodenbach, and artist Kristof Santy. This creation brings together an iconic beer cocktail with over two centuries of brewing craftsmanship and distinctive artistic vision. It is a beer that could only emerge in Roeselare, where tradition and creativity converge.

Picon Bière de Roulers is a Flemish Red Ale with an alcohol content of 6%. This classic Flemish style embodies the characteristic sourness and complexity for which Brouwerij Rodenbach is renowned. The beer combines the brewery's heritage with the vision of its collaborators.

Tasting Profile

On the nose, citrus zest and oak emerge. On the palate, cherry and citrus zest develop, balanced with a restrained bitterness. The finish offers cherry, oak notes, and a dry bitter conclusion.
