Picon Bière de Roulers is a distinctive collaboration between Michelin-starred chef Tim Boury, Brouwerij Rodenbach, and artist Kristof Santy. This special creation brings an iconic beer cocktail together with over two centuries of brewing heritage from Roeselare.

The brewery blends young and aged beer, with the mature portion having rested in oak barrels for two years. This creates fruity acidity, wood notes, and a sharpened bitterness lifted by citrus character. The result is a refined, smooth beer with moderate sweetness.
