In 2003, the brand was relaunched with a fresh, contemporary identity, repositioning itself as a trendy luxury lager aimed at a younger audience. Vedett is brewed at the Duvel Moortgat brewery in Breendonk, Belgium, and forms part of the broader Duvel Moortgat portfolio alongside iconic names such as Duvel, Maredsous, and Liefmans. Vedett's core range centres around bottom-fermented, crisp lager styles characterised by clean malt profiles and noble hop additions. The flagship Vedett Extra Blond is a golden pale lager with 5.2% ABV, delivering a refreshing, well-balanced character. The portfolio has expanded over the years to include Vedett Extra White, a refreshing witbier brewed with wheat malt and complementary spice notes.
