This Zillertal brewery has been crafting beer for over 500 years, honouring family traditions with fresh spring water and carefully selected aroma hops. The beer displays a bright amber colour with pleasant cloudiness and creamy foam. On the nose, exotic fruits and citrus notes emerge immediately. The palate reveals good tanginess, a solid malt body, and a more restrained bitterness than expected. The finish is refined and rounded.
