Jabalipa is an American IPA from Wylie Brewery, the Sitges-based brewpub founded in 2015 by Grahame Wylie and Shane Mains. This IPA balances classic hop bitterness with a lightly caramelised malt foundation and a dry, spiced finish that lingers. It's a beer with muscle and personality—assertive enough to demand attention, yet approachable enough to return to. At 5.7% ABV, Jabalipa strikes a practical strength. Mosaic and Motueka hops deliver a fresh, aromatic character.
