Cream on Chrome is a Double IPA from Dublin's Whiplash Brewery, brewed with barley, oats and wheat. At 8% ABV, this hazy IPA delivers bold fruit and hop character. The nose reveals wine-like gooseberry and elderflower notes, layered with stone fruit and citrus aromatics. On the palate, grapefruit and piney hop flavours take centre stage, grounded by a solid malt foundation. The finish is dry and bitter, with warming alcohol presence. Whiplash, founded in 2016 as a weekend venture, has grown into a full-time operation known for its modern brewing philosophy and distinctive beers.
