Brewed with spring water from the Schwarzwald, noble hops from Tettnang, Spalt and Hallertau, and barley malt, this naturally hazy lager delivers a refreshing character. The beer presents a pale, cloudy gold colour topped with a crisp white head. On the nose, yeasty bread and straw notes emerge. The palate shows mild bitterness balanced by a doughy sweetness, with subtle fruity undertones. The finish is dry with gentle bitterness, while a medium body and moderate carbonation create a smooth, cleansing mouthfeel. A classic unfiltered lager that refreshes without heaviness.
