Triple Trouble
Triple Trouble is Van Moll's cosmopolitan take on the classic tripel. Brewed with Belgian yeast and a blend of English and American hops—Columbus, Citra, Idaho 7 and Talus—it gains unexpected depth from elderflower, orange peel and coriander. The result is a blonde, medium-bodied tripel that balances soft sweetness with a crisp hop bitterness. Aromas lean towards malt, citrus and floral notes, while the palate reveals clove, lemon and a subtle nuttiness. At 8.5% ABV, the alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated. A thoughtful departure from tradition that rewards curious drinkers.
Serve in a tulip glass at 8°C alongside aged cheeses or seafood.
