Hops & Chaos is an ambitious 11% ABV IPA from Haarlem's Uiltje Brewing Company. This collaboration between the brewery and illustrator Gerben Valkema—who has designed the brand's distinctive labels for years—captures Uiltje's bold approach to hoppy brewing. The name itself reflects the brewery's philosophy: chasing the edges of hop madness with tropical fruit and classic American hop character.
