Brewed at 7.5% ABV using Franconian malt and Schlitzer Select hops, this traditional strong beer displays a dark, coffee-coloured appearance with a notably full-bodied character. The nose reveals toasted malt and earthy hop notes. On the palate, roasted malt dominates, complemented by subtle apple fruit and a finely balanced bitterness.
