Störtebeker Nordisch-Hell is a Helles from Stralsund that punches above its weight with more hop presence than the style typically demands. Brewed with barley malt and German hops alone, and dry-hopped with Callista, this unfiltered lager offers richness and roundness in a deceptively light frame. The nose leads with malt and biscuit notes backed by herbal, spicy hop character. On the palate, bread and rustic grain meet dry, slightly spicy noble hops with citrus hints. The finish is crisp and prickling, with a soft, clean conclusion that lingers gently.
