Störtebeker Frei-Bier is an alcohol-free lager brewed in Stralsund in the Pilsener tradition. Short-matured and crafted with pale and Pilsener malts at an original wort gravity of 13.0%, this beer delivers refreshment without the alcohol. Pale gold and crystal-clear, Frei-Bier presents a compact white head. The nose reveals sweet, biscuity character with subtle hints of banana and citrus. On the palate, it is smooth and medium-bodied with fine hoppy bitterness and delicate bitter notes that finish elegantly.
