Shark Pants is a Belgian Double IPA born in 2011 from a collaboration between De Struise Brouwers in Oostvleteren and 3 Floyds Brewing from Indiana. At 9% ABV and 300 IBUs, it ranks among the most intensely bitter beers ever brewed in Belgium. Crafted with medium crystal malts and a portion of oats, it delivers a full body and layered complexity.

The aroma presents bready malt, caramel and fruity hop notes. The palate reveals rich caramel, toasted sugar and vanilla, balanced against grassy and fruity hop character with pine and stone fruit edges. The finish turns dry and assertively bitter, with subtle alcohol warmth.
