Brune Brulee 3.0 is a Dubbel from 100 Watt Brewery (formerly Stadsbrouwerij Eindhoven), brewed in the converted Schellens textile factory in central Eindhoven. Buckwheat and carob molasses deliver the beer's warm, full body. The nose shows dark malt, caramel and mild roast with notes of liquorice and cocoa. The palate is moderately to medium sweet, with malty character, soft toffee and chocolate notes. A subtle hint of smoke and fruity yeast fermentation add complexity.

This is a balanced, smooth beer with biscuit and bread tones that integrate well with the sweet profile.
