The nose reveals fruity notes with citrus and honey, complemented by subtle floral and spice characters from coriander and orange peel. The palate follows with light fruit, a pleasant balance of sweetness and bitterness, and a clean, dry finish. At 5.5% ABV, this is a refreshing witbier that stands out for its liveliness and elegance. The beer earned a bronze medal at the World Beer Awards 2025 in the Belgian Style Witbier category.
