St. Bernardus Wit is a traditional Belgian witbier from Watou, created in collaboration with Pierre Celis, the legendary brewer behind the original Hoegaarden formula. This unfiltered wheat beer pours a cloudy, milk-white hue crowned with a generous, fast-rising head. The nose is light and fruity, with prominent orange and honey notes layered with subtle spice. On the palate, it strikes a fine balance: smooth and wheaty with clear coriander and white pepper character, followed by crisp citrus acidity. The finish is clean and dry, with a lingering peppery spice that refreshes rather than burns. Light-bodied and refreshing, this is a witbier that delivers genuine flavour and complexity without heaviness—ideal for warm weather, yet far from one-dimensional.
